This is Anne Waterman’s 1978 Corvette.
Not much of it is from 1978; maybe the back window and windshield! Dave bought this for me on eBay at the end of 2000. We picked it up in Manhattan in a snow storm and this is where the adventures of Anne & Dave begin. Her name is Rhonda. We were in an accident in 2016 and decided to have the car totally restored. I told the guy that painted her to make it bass boat sparkle and he did! In 2018, at 40 years old, we took Rhonda cross-country for 3 months. You can read about our trip on this website. The car has probably 400,000 miles on the frame. She still runs well thanks to Dave’s care. She’s my baby and always will be.
